I also have SBO. I was experiencing alot of pain and very weak legs and can not sit or stand for long periods of time. My Drs would not go further with the SBO but they instead were looking at other things. I do have the uneven leg length, bowel problems and alot of lower back pain. I however have found a very good neurologist who is going to look into any nerve damge.
