I just found out that I have Spina Bifida Occulta. I guess my Doctors have known since I was about 13 yrs. old. But I was never fully told, nor was my mother. At that time I was diagnosed with Mild Scoliosis as well. It started with muscle spasm, and back pain on and off I really could not move some times it hurt so bad. Then I began getting sharp pains down my legs, I finally 12 years later had an MRI, I have 2 mild Herniated Disks. I have gone to Physical Therapy but it does nothing. I am overweight but resently lost 65 lbs. wich has helped alittle in the back pain aspect but not by much. Generally I just deal with the pain and don't complain, I am a fighter. But I really needed to know if Spina Bifida Occulta, Scoliosis, Bone Deqeneration are considered disabilities. I am fighting with my insurance regarding this matter and of all the info in all these issues I have yet to be able to find that answer that I really need to help me. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank You,
